Complete Extrusion Line Components
Single Screw Extruder
Designed for melting and stirring plastic material with special screw and barrel types that ensure perfect mixing and homogeneity. Capacity ranges from 2.5kg/h to 1000kg/h for PE pipe applications.
Features include special gear boxes with axial bearings, energy-efficient driving motors, and PLC automation systems with touch panel controllers.
Die-Head
Our die-head designs provide ideal viscosity to melt material for pipe production, shaping plastic after processing. All contact surfaces are polished to minimize friction losses.
Available in single layer, two layer, multi-layer pipe die-heads, foil cover heads, over steel pipe plastic covering die-heads, and other specialized configurations.
Vacuum Tank
Manufactured with stainless steel construction and optimized nozzle design for maximum cooling performance. High-power water pumps ensure complete water coverage, while adjustable vacuum pressure accommodates various pipe requirements.
Sealing gaskets on every lid prevent vacuum leakage and minimize energy consumption.
Haul-offs
Engineered with materials that provide excellent pipe adhesion and prevent slipping. Speed settings can be easily adjusted via electrical inverter and control panel.
Available in configurations from 2 to 10 pallets depending on pipe diameter, with synchronous operation that automatically adjusts to extruder speed increases.
Cutter
LANGBO planetary saw cuts pipes at designed lengths without burrs. Cutting speed synchronizes with line speed via PLC for accurate length control.
Pipe length adjustments are easily made via touch screen interface, with precise measurement provided by encoder systems.
Tipping Table
Operates on pneumatic cylinder system for efficient material handling.
Coiler
Designed for winding PE pipes, corrugated pipes, and dripping pipes. Torque motor positioning ensures accurate coiling for pipes ranging from 16mm to 125mm diameter.
Tension adjustment via torque settings and easy coil removal at the end of winding process.
