Complete Extrusion Line Components

Single Screw Extruder: Applied for melting and stirring PE. LANGBO employs specific screw and barrel for material type that provides perfect mixing and homogeneous. Features high level technical solution with suitable screw geometry for plastic pipe extrusion.

Die-Head: Designed to give ideal viscosity to melt material for pipe producing. All surfaces in contact with plastic are polished to minimize friction losses. Available in single layer, two layer and multi layer configurations.

Vacuum Tank: Manufactured with stainless steel. Features nozzles designed for maximum cooling performance and adjustable vacuum pressure according to pipe requirements.

Haul-off: Provides excellent adhesion to the pipe and prevents slipping. Speed can be changed with electrical inverter and works synchronously with pipeline.

No Swarf/Dust Cutter: Planetary saw cuts pipe at designed length without burrs. Cutting speed synchronized with line speed by PLC for accurate length control.

Tipping Table: Operates on pneumatic cylinder system.

Pipe Coiler: Applied for winding PE pipes, corrugated pipes and dripping pipes. Uses torque motor for precise positioning and adjustable tension control.
